1. Returns Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@scoretechshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address to send your item(s) back.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are ultimately non-refundable, however, please just email us and we will work through the issue to make it right.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or payment processor’s policies.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Cutting Oils

  • Sale Items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@scoretechshop.com with details of the product and the defect, preferably including photos. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs for damaged goods.
